Frequently asked questions

Which areas do you cover for business installations?
We are based in Harrow and install for businesses across all 32 London boroughs and the Home Counties, from single shops to multi-site portfolios and blocks of flats.
Can you take over a system another company installed?
Yes. We regularly take over, service and upgrade existing alarms, CCTV and door entry systems, including Texecom, Pyronix, Scantronic, Visonic, Risco and Hikvision. Where the existing cabling and devices are in good order we reuse them, which keeps costs and disruption down.
Do you offer maintenance contracts for businesses?
Yes. Planned maintenance covers scheduled service visits, battery and device checks, recorder and storage health checks, firmware updates and priority call-outs, with one point of contact for every site.
Will our CCTV be set up with GDPR in mind?
We set systems up to help you follow ICO guidance: cameras aimed only where needed, privacy masking over neighbouring property, sensible recording retention, password-protected access and signage. As the business using the cameras you remain the data controller, and we explain what that means at handover.
Can you invoice our company or managing agent directly?
Yes. We quote and invoice limited companies, managing agents, residents’ management companies and contractors, and can split quotes by block, site or phase if you need to.
Do you provide paperwork for our insurer?
You receive a written specification, a completion certificate and system details at handover. If your insurer has specific requirements, tell us at the survey and we will confirm exactly what we can provide before you commit.
