Can you reset my Uniview NVR password?
Yes. We reset Uniview recorders and cameras through Uniview’s official process, on site or remotely where possible, and get you viewing on your phone again.
Is there a Uniview default or master password?
No. There is no master password. Resets go through Uniview’s official process, which checks ownership first.
Will I lose my recordings?
In most cases no. We keep your recordings and settings wherever the reset allows.
Is UNV the same as Uniview?
Yes. UNV is Uniview’s brand name, and the same reset methods apply to UNV-branded recorders and cameras.
